MuteTab Extension for Chrome
MuteTab is an extension for Google Chrome that lets you easily mute all or just the current tab of any website. To use the extension, simply install it and open the website you want to mute. If you want to unmute a specific tab, the only way to do it is to open the website's Developer Tools and go to the page tab you want to unmute.
In the latest version, you can see when the tab is playing a sound, as well as listen to the sound playing. You can also add tabs to a whitelist to always be able to unmute them.
